Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight at the checkout.
Ordering from England, Scotland and Wales
- Small items are sent via Royal Mail 48.
- Medium size orders such as desks and cabinets are sent via UPS Standard.
- Large orders such as tiered seating are sent via Pallet or Private Courier.
Your order may be split into multiple packages. These will usually be shipped on the same day but occasionaly get seperated by a day during delivery.
Ordering from the European Union
- All orders are sent via UPS Express.
- Import taxes and fees will be collected by UPS.
The UK left the EU on 31st December 2020. EU countries importing goods from the UK may be liable to pay import tax and fees. Import tax is dependant on your goverments tax laws and we cannot advise what fees your order will incur. Import tax is collected by the delivery service and is usually due prior to recieving the goods.
Ordering from the United States and Canada
- All orders are sent via UPS Express.
- Import taxes and fees will be collected by UPS.
