We can provide a wide range of custom finishes and materials on request.

The Huxlo staff are experts in fabrication and architectural products. Feel free to ask our advice if your requirements aren't immediately obvious.

Birch Plywood

We use Birch Plywood as the base material in most of our products. This is due to it's structural performance, fabrication stability and sustainability.

Board Finishes

We can offer many other finishes such as:

• Birch faced
• Real Oak faced
• Stained birch faced
• Blackened Oak faced
• White plastic faced

Please note that custom finishes are subject to minimum order quantities.

Plywood Edges

We offer multiple finishes on the edge of the plywood.

• Exposed plywood edge grain
• Birch edge banding
• Oak edge banding
• Plastic edge banding

Recycled Plastic Board

Our latest and exciting material choice is 100% recycled plastic board. This is available in a range of colours and is extremely suitable for wet or outdoor environments. The plastic board has an indefinite life span and can be recycled once again at end of use.

Traditional Hardwood

We are not traditional hardwood specialists however we can incorporate it into projects when suitable. We have previously used solid oak for table legs and trim.

Recycled and Repurposed Wood

For some projects we can use recycled timber for cladding effects.
